What
to Expect?
You’ll be on the frontlines, walking neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, presenting our fiber and internet offerings, overcoming objections, and closing sales. This isn’t a desk job, it’s field-based, fast-paced, and completely performance-driven.
Your Day-to-Day
Territory canvassing: knocking doors, introducing yourself, and our offering
Customer engagement: listening, asking questions, educating prospects
Order processing: entering sales into CRM / partner systems
Team collaboration: coaching, meetings, feedback sessions
Growth opportunities: take on leadership, training, or market roles
A typical day might look like this:
09:00 AM
Morning huddle: review goals, tactics, and motivation.
10:00 AM
Hit the streets to canvas your assigned territory.
12:00 PM
Lunch + log mid-day metrics.
01:00 PM
Return to the field for more conversations and closes.
04:30 PM
Wrap up, log results, and debrief with your coach or team lead.
